Uncategorized Information• Deadline orders will be charged 3x the price.• Fees will apply for Detailed character designs. I will notify you if I judge fees apply to your character.• I own every right to decline your commission if it doesn't meet my TOS standars or/and if I feel uncomfortable about it.• Fees will apply for props, animals.

Payment• I will not start working on your commission until I receive the payment.• I only accept Wise and Paypal payments.• The currency accepted is EUROS.

Process• Turnaround time vary between 1 to 4 months.• Aside from skeb-like commissions, I will send you Work in progress and you will be able to ask for revisions.• Revisions will not be accepted after I’ve completed your commission!

Cancellation and refunds• If I have not started working, you will be refunded 100% of the commission.• If I have done the sketch, you will be refunded 75% of the commission.• If I have done the lineart, you will be refunded 50% of the commission.• If I am rendering, you will be refunded 25% of the commission.• If the commission is complete, you will not get a refund.

Commercial Purposes• Commercial purposes have to be discussed between I (Miel) and the commissioner beforehand.• I will charge x2 the price for commissions used for promotional illustrations, streaming illustrations such as starting screens, ending screens and so on), game art, character designs with commercial purposes (example VTuber activities)...etc.• I will charge x3 the price for merch such as apparel, prints, charms etc...

Rights and Usage• Do not claim, edit, trace, copy, repost my artworks in any circumstances without my consent. You may post your commission on social media with credit to @666rottenflesh.• You do not own the right to use your commission for commercial purposes, unless both the commissioner and artist agreed to do so, according to Commercial purposes (see Commercial Purposes).• You are allowed to animate – to make somebody animate your commission!• You are allowed to use your commission as your desktop background, online avatar! Credit isn’t necessary but highly appreciated!• NFT and AI learning usage is strictly forbidden.
